We also hold weekly 30-minute status calls with all accounts, scheduled via links on your Trello board.
Nope. The only fine print in our process is the occasional use of a hairline font weight– when the design calls for it. We cover any and all fees associated with our payment platform and operate with complete transparency.
We have a robust library of design resources, but we will always communicate before implementing paid assets like unique fonts or stock photography that may elevate the design deliverable.

We don’t cover web development under our design plans. We develop all of our websites custom, from the ground up, built for the client’s specific needs.

The design plans also do not cover long-format print (magazines, books, large pitch decks over 25 pages), video production and heavy editing, and 3D animation or renderings.
