We use Trello to keep tasks organized and updated. We will then start delivering top-notch designs within 48 hours.
We also hold weekly 30-minute status calls with all accounts, scheduled via links on your Trello board.
Nope. The only fine print in our process is the occasional use of a hairline font weight– when the design calls for it. We cover any and all fees associated with our payment platform and operate with complete transparency.
We have a robust library of design resources, but we will always communicate before implementing paid assets like unique fonts or stock photography that may elevate the design deliverable.

The design plans also do not cover long-format print (magazines and books), video production and heavy editing, and 3D animation or renderings.
